PRISM Integration & Support Best Practices (USDA) [DTC]

This interagency procurement briefing is scheduled for 40 minutes maximum to address how award documentation system(s) of record apply to a series of Presidential Memorandum including M-15-19 (Electronic invoicing), M-17-22 (Government Efficiencies), M-17 28 (2019 Budget Guidance). Agencies using PRISM in conjunction with SAP or Financial Management System (FMS) can benefit from USDA’s lessons learned and are recommended to attend. Key issues being addressed include messaging (loss of), maintenance, upgrades and help desk support. DOE ESPC Energy Performance Savings Contracts

This interagency compliance briefing is scheduled for 40 minutes maximum and will address the use of DOE Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) provided through FAR Part 23.205 and facilitated through the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP). FEMP provides agencies with expert assistance, guidance, and training to help them implement ESPC projects that are technically excellent, legally sound, and a good deal for the government.
