Agenda

The training will:

  1. Teach technical aspects of using the CPARS system including specific alerts, timeframes, other important points all CORs and contracting staff must know.
  2. Provide a backdrop of CPARS in terms of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements.
  3. Discuss the ratings system contained in Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  4. Teach best practices government officials, including information CORs should have in place to effectively manage the yearly CPARS ratings.
  5. Teach activities government personnel must perform in advance of completing the CPARS rating, including requesting self-assessemnts from contractors.
  6. Teach government officials how to properly evaluate a contractor’s performance each year.
  7. Discuss recent national CPARS data.
