Agenda
The training will:
- Teach technical aspects of using the CPARS system including specific alerts, timeframes, other important points all CORs and contracting staff must know.
- Provide a backdrop of CPARS in terms of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements.
- Discuss the ratings system contained in Federal Acquisition Regulations.
- Teach best practices government officials, including information CORs should have in place to effectively manage the yearly CPARS ratings.
- Teach activities government personnel must perform in advance of completing the CPARS rating, including requesting self-assessemnts from contractors.
- Teach government officials how to properly evaluate a contractor’s performance each year.
- Discuss recent national CPARS data.
