About the Speaker

Dietrich has been in the smart card industry for over thirty years, first with Open Domain Inc. then Access Smart, specializing in protecting access to critical data. His focus as a team leader has always been on helping customers make the best use of current technology, with the least amount of effort.

Dietrich leads a tech team that listens carefully to what customers want to accomplish, and how they can use our software in their environment. They then weigh customer needs to find the most efficient way to execute solutions, and the easiest approach for the end-user.

Previous work experience: Dietrich worked for ten years in the industrial automation field, designing microprocessor-controlled systems for the manufacturing, chemical and food processing industries. He was specifically responsible for the design and security aspects of automation system for many mission critical applications.

Dietrich holds a Masters degree from the Technical University of Munich, Germany in Mechanical Engineering.
