Bryan Sibille is a planning leader who has successfully completed more than 750 planning assignments, space utilization analyses, and implementation strategies for federal, municipal, corporate, and higher education clients. In his role, he interfaces with stakeholders, users, owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors to identify the needs and test the feasibility of many different types of spaces, including office space, operations centers, and research space.
Bryan’s expertise focuses on project definition, needs assessment, and evaluation of cost estimates, which provides a critical alignment between project goals and realistic application. For more than a decade, he has led ongoing services to NOAA and the National Park Service, specifically providing comprehensive analyses of existing facilities and how to best utilize them, both currently and in the future.
Bryan’s experience in the field has given him a critical understanding of the importance of utilizing existing facilities, addressing necessary security concerns (both physical and technological), identifying phasing opportunities to maintain continuous operations, and maximizing an existing real estate portfolio.
