As a government contracts attorney, Jason handles all aspects of government contract matters to include: bid protests, SBA protests, joint venture and teaming agreements, prime/subcontractor disputes, terminations, constructive change claims, equitable adjustments, cost accounting, multiple award schedule contracts, suspension and debarment proceedings, mandatory disclosures, alternative dispute resolution, and other issues under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Contract Disputes Act (CDA).

Jason counsels and assists small businesses in ensuring they meet requirements under the Small Business Administration (SBA) for SBA set-asides including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, 8(a), and women-owned small businesses. Further, Jason’s deep understanding of government investigations allows him to advise clients on internal investigations and government investigations alleging fraud, False Claims Act, the Procurement Integrity Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and in responding to Department of Justice, congressional, Government Accountability Office (GAO) and Inspector General (IG) subpoenas and investigations.
