About the Speaker

Jeff Milner, Sr. Vice President of eRAMx. With more than forty years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Mr. Milner has a proven track record linking innovative technologies and services with daily workflow requirements, while creating much needed efficiencies and cost savings. eRAMx controls the first, and only, patent specific to live proctoring oral fluid rapid testing. Mr. Milner has experience with both start-up and mature business models as both a former company founder and in various C-level positions with direct technology manufacturers and resellers throughout the United States and Canada. He is a Veteran of the United States Army and has a Bachelor of Science Degree, specializing in Criminal Justice and Political Science, from Ball State University.
