Alison serves as the Chief Executive Officer and lead multicultural strategist at HCN. HCN is an award-winning culture-driven, data-informed full service marketing, communications, advertising and PR agency focused on social impact and behavior change. HCN works with government, nonprofit, philanthropy, academia and corporate social responsibility (CSR) partners and clients to achieve one mission: to improve quality of life for underserved and underrepresented multicultural communities across the nation.
Alison develops and manages social marketing initiatives designed to improve quality of life for multicultural and underserved communities throughout the US, with particular expertise in reaching Latino communities. She takes federal government and nonprofit clients from initial campaign planning to the full execution of multiplatform initiatives to achieve their Hispanic and Multicultural-serving goals. Working with valuable taxpayer and funder investments, she maximizes mission-oriented clients’ budgets by identifying marketing and communications strategies to reach priority audiences while generating significant added value through paid media buys and earned media, as well as outreach via HCN’s national media production and syndication networks.
