CEO & Managing Partner
Komal Goyal is a senior technology leader with 24 years of experience leading mid to large-size organizations through digital transformation and helping bring efficiencies in the operation using process automation. She brings the experience of large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations and optimizing the post-implementation operations using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, and Machine Learning while creating collaborations across the enterprise. As a technology advisor to her clients, she stays current on the latest technological advancements and their utilization for enterprises. In this role, she has partnered with her clients to envision the benefits of digital transformation and then led them through the journey by bringing the right technology OEMs and resources together for a successful outcome. She has shown up to a 20% reduction in technical debt in these endeavors.
She also brings a deep understanding of business processes in multiple industries such as manufacturing, refining, healthcare, and federal government.
Currently working as Managing Partner of 6e Technologies, a Denver-based IT consulting firm, she advises her client's scale using technology to become more efficient and meet their growth goals. She has led multiple clients to see the value in digital transformation and embark on the ERP implementation journey. As a data analytics Stewart, most of her large transformations come full circle by adding Data Analytics towards the end of the journey. Her passion is implementing the systems that collect the data and then using data analytics and data visualization to help the stakeholders make informed decisions using the data.
Komal has served on the advisory board of the Colorado Thought Leaders Forum for 2 years (2016-2018), helping this for-profit organization execute its vision of being one of its kind organizations for industry leaders in the state of Colorado.
Komal is currently serving as a board member for an international non-profit, TIE; this is her 6th year on this board and 2nd year as TIE women's Chair. End of 2017, she helped write a grant from the US Department of State to help women entrepreneurs in India in tier-2 and tier-3 cities to help them scale up. Through this non-profit, she has mentored over 20 small businesses internationally. She has been part of large organizations such as General Electrical and KPMG working specifically on digital transformation projects. Komal received her bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from a prestigious university in India. She also has completed her executive condensed MBA from Tuck School of Management.
