Todd oversaw SCIFs (TS/SCI Facilities) and TS/SCI security clearances at an operational and policy perspective as well as classified material control and tracking. As one of the most trusted cleared personnel in the Pentagon, Todd handled special personnel cases, high risk documents and managed thousands of applications for all clearance levels. While at Raytheon, Todd managed security for numerous programs, including auditing subcontractors and drafting contracts on behalf of his government customers.
